Our commitment
EverVows has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow content, conduct, or accounts that sexualize, endanger, or exploit minors in any way. This policy applies to every part of the platform — profiles, photos, messages, voice messages, and any other user-generated content.
Adults only
EverVows is for Christian adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create profiles or use the service. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, we permanently remove the account and any associated content.
Prohibited conduct
The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities: sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexual conversation involving minors; grooming, solicitation, or trafficking of minors; using the platform to arrange contact with minors; and any profile, photo, or message that sexualizes minors.
Detection and moderation
Every profile and photo is reviewed by our team before it becomes visible. Messages and voice messages are scanned automatically for harmful content and may be reviewed by our moderation team. We use a combination of automated detection and human review to identify CSAE-related behavior.
How to report
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve a minor or CSAE, report it immediately using the in-app report button on any profile or conversation. You can also email us directly at safety@evervows.net. Please include as much detail as possible, including usernames, dates, and screenshots.
Cooperation with authorities
We report apparent CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement. We preserve relevant records and provide information to authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Account action
Any account found to be involved in CSAE is permanently banned without warning. We also take action against accounts that attempt to circumvent enforcement, including device and network-level blocks where feasible.
